Technical Support services
In order to ensure a stable and continuous storage system, OITC provides customers with technical support services for error handling, troubleshooting at the following levels:
- 24×7 remote support service
- Onsite support services on the following service packages:
- 8x5x2, 8x5x4, 8x5xNBD: receive continuous support requests, no limit on the number of requests in 08 hours/day, 05 days/week, response time is 2 hours/ 4 hours / next business day.
- 24x7x2, 24x7x4, 24x7xNBD: receive continuous support requests, unlimited requests in 24 hours/day, 07 days/week, response time is 2 hours/ 4 hours/next business day.
- Special support services with engineers available at customers 24/24.
In addition, OITC provides a substitute for replacement supplies to ensure that the customer’s system is operational 24 hours a day. OITC will provide emergency supplies for materials identified as substitutes for the equipment being provided. When a customer reports an incident and is determined by an OITC technician to be in need of replacement, the OITC technician will substitute the material for the response time of the service package that the customer expire date.
Consultancy Services
From the requirements of customers about the system, equipment and services that customers need, we build solutions based on the collection of customer information and analysis of customer requirements in a systematic way. From there, the optimum solution in terms of technology as well as high efficiency from the investment is offered.
The team of professional consultants will work directly with customers to select the optimal solution to meet the technology and budget requirements of customers from various options. The solutions are based on the specific conditions of customer infrastructure.
System design has the ability to upgrade, extend the overall hardware and software common to the system as well as detailed planning for each system component.
Project Management Services
This service is provided when OITC joins the project. A team of professional experts will be established under the management and execution of the Project Manager.
The OITC Project Manager and experts will do the following:
- Plan and schedule time to implement the project
- Bridge between customers and stakeholders in the project to coordinate synchronously, on schedule and requirements of the investor.
- In case of necessity, subcontractors will be appointed to facilitate rapid and high quality project implementation.
- Update the progress of the project. Periodically report the progress of the project to the investor and stakeholders.
- Direct field site survey, survey conducted with client or related third parties to meet general design requirements as well as for smooth project implementation: power supply, grounding system, lightning protection, environment, fire protection.
- The implementation team will follow up with the project to closely monitor the system integration, configuration, test, commissioning process, and ensure the effectiveness of all applications and services.
- Resolve any issues that arise to ensure the progress of the project and minimize the potential risks for the project to be successfully implemented.
System Installation Services
OITC experts and engineers are responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance for the customer. These tasks are done scientifically, strictly according to the proper workflow set out. The technical team of OITC will do the following:
- Deploying and completing jobs within the scope of work of the contract.
- Prepare the necessary equipment and supplies for the installation process from the delivery of goods to the site, the dismantling of equipment from the conveyor belts in a safe manner in accordance with technical standards, installation Cabling system, modules, equipment on the system to put the system into operation.
- Make technical configurations for hardware and software for quick installation.
- Installation of system software, application software, configuration of network devices, connection to network management system, equipment in other systems.
- Check the quality and stability of the system for new installations and up-dating information on the installation process.
- Make some parameters for the system according to the specific requirements of the Investor, conduct test running test for the system.
Services of Software Upgrades and Hardware Extensions
We provide quickly to this service in response to changes in the operating environment of the system and to meet the new requirements of the applications.
We provide instant system software updates to our customers, thus increasing the capacity and extending the life of the server system, data storage and network devices.

Services of Operation and Administration Training
OITC offers two types of domestic training and foreign training. OITC also offers customized training courses to meet the needs of the workplace. All trainnees are required to take the final exam, which will be assessed by leading experts.
